Talayeh Motameni

Tala Motameni is a UX Designer with a background in leadership development, consulting, and non-profit development. Trained and certified in User Experience Design, Tala has worked on a variety of teams and industries. Tala believes that understanding the individuals as well as the team you are working with and communication is the key to achieving the best results within a company. Tala holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Strategic Communications and Business Management from the University of Minnesota. Although her studies were focused on strategic communications with an emphasis on advertising, she found herself engulfed in her multiple internships that focused on optimizing brand presence by creating websites for various businesses while utilizing her educational background. After becoming more interested in the function and logic behind the carefully thought-out dynamics catered towards the user’s experience, Tala decided to pursue a career in UX Design.
