"I work internationally as a senior consultant on projects addressing poverty through design. Qualitative Research, Product Strategy, and User Experience are at the core of my practice.
Recently at IDEO.org I worked on a wide range of projects including a sustainable franchise to deliver essential services in D.R. Congo, reproductive health services in Zambia, and an inclusive financial product in the Philippines.
I mentor tech and social enterprise startups on Human Centered Design, design-led practices, lean methodology, and facilitated strategy sessions globally. I am currently a mentor to UNHCR's Innovation Fellowship program. "
